This past week we have been hanging out with friends and family, and just doing things around the house. We went to my parents house for dinner a couple of times, it was my sisters birthday.
Dahlia got to spend some time with her great Grandpa.
We also had Jason and Julie over for a bbq and Hannah and Dahlia got to play together.... well they are still a little young to play with eachother so Hannah played with Dahlias' toys and Dahlia cried, its time for her to learn how to share.
She is also getting more and more mobile... no crawling yet but i think she is happy just to roll around. I put her down on the floor to play with her toys and a few minutes later i went to check on her and she was no where to be seen, and then i heard a little noise under the coffee table and there she was. So she gets to where ever she wants to go and saves her knees from bruises.
last week Dan was feeling handy so he built some heavy duty shelves in our shed. Lucky me i got a man who is handsome and Handy!!! I think if the shed ever blows down those shelves will stay standing. Last night we decided to clean up the shed so we could put those shelves to use. Now he has room in there to work on his projects... next year I think he is going to want to build a garage so he can start working on his car.
Yesterday we also went swimming. I got Dahlia a little turtle floaty thing and we went with our friend Marianne to her grandpas pool. it was sosooooo nice and refreshing. we had so much fun!
